Property owners, representatives of financial institutions, brokers, banking financial institutions, legal policy firms, strategic alliance advisors, and/or notaries.

Depending on the type of real estate transaction (sale), information may also be shared with allied third parties involved in the rental/sale process—such as colleagues, lawyers, etc.—for institutional financing support and processing, as well as for asset protection purposes.

At all times, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, for what purposes it is used, and under what conditions (Access). Likewise, you have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification). You also have the right to request deletion of your information from our records or databases when you believe it is not being properly used (Cancellation), as well as the right to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Objection). These rights are known as ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection).
