Munco is a network of people who believe in decent work, mutual support, and the circular economy. It is a platform for connection, collective decision-making, and building a shared future. A large circular economy composed of essential products and services that generate well-being and improve people's quality of life, Munco manages projects based on principles of horizontality, transparency, and justice. Through assemblies, commissions, and participatory processes, we create products and services that transform communities, strengthen mutual care, and promote a regenerative economy. By 2030, we aim to become a functional, sustainable, and deeply human cooperative.
1. Important notice regarding our legal status
We are not yet a registered company or formalized cooperative. Currently, we are in the process of consolidation to achieve legal recognition. Until Munco is formally established as a legal entity, any contractual relationship related to service provision will be assigned directly to a qualified professional within our network. 2. Our Cooperative Encyclopedia
The Cooperative Encyclopedia is a collective compilation of texts seeking to re-signify the world we live in. These writings are an integral part of our cooperative proposal to build a better world for all. Through this initiative, we share knowledge and reflections that inspire new forms of organization and social transformation. You are welcome to contribute new ideas.

All our services are designed under cooperative principles. This means they do not seek to enrich a single individual or small group in power; instead, benefits are distributed fairly and equitably among all members of Munco. Although we are not yet legally constituted, joining our Munco community is a social commitment rooted in trust and mutual support. We operate as a cooperative in practice, governed by the supreme authority of the General Assembly and organized into Commissions. All members have voice and vote in decision-making, ensuring our actions reflect the cooperative values that define us.

Our blog is entirely self-managed and has no affiliation with corporations, governments, or political parties.
